Hello, I am contacting you regarding my husband's [redacted] Saturn Outlook and the Special Coverage Adjustment for the Transmission Wave Plate that we were not aware of. When his wave plate malfunctioned, he brought the vehicle to McDonalds GMC on State Street in Saginaw, Michigan, where we were informed about the special coverage that unfortunately had expired a few months ago. It seems unfair that we now have to bear the cost of this known issue. We feel let down by your company's lack of assistance even though we've been loyal GM customers for years. We are hoping for some form of help or compromise, such as GM covering the labor costs if we purchase the part. Additionally, I wanted to inquire whether any assistance could be offered to a Police Officer like myself, who has served the community for 12 years. Any support you could provide for my husband's vehicle would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I went to purchase black ink for my Epson printer, I brought the empty box with the label "Black 16" to the shop. The shopkeeper kindly found and sold me the ink. After using mixed inks for a while, I finally ran out of black ink. When I tried to replace it, I realized the ink I bought, Black 16 XXL, was too big for my printer. I was unaware there were two sizes available, as I have always bought the correct one in the past. I kindly request to exchange the oversized Black 16 XXL ink for the correct size and receive a refund for the price difference. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, your shops have been closed, preventing me from resolving this sooner. I plan to visit your shop within the next 20 minutes to address this issue. On 05/20/[redacted], I placed an order on Saturn.de and paid via Paypal. The delivery was promised for 05/23/[redacted]. However, I received an email on 05/24 and 05/31/[redacted] stating that there would be a delay with my ordered item without a specific delivery date. Despite checking multiple times on Saturn Online, I found the product to be available for delivery or pickup at a nearby store within a few working days. During a call to Saturn customer service, I was informed that the product was not currently in stock at a specific store from where it should be delivered. Although the order confirmation states a purchase on Saturn.de, it was mentioned that the product should be sent from the Stuttgart am Schlossplatz store. I was assured that my complaint would be forwarded to the store but have not received any updates since. A recent call ended abruptly with the customer service representative. I am deeply disappointed with Saturn's service.

I mistakenly entered the wrong TV number during the Black Friday sale. After contacting support, I was instructed to use a customer messaging board to update my information. I corrected my address there. However, I recently received an email notifying me that my order has been canceled. Despite the Black Friday sale being over, I am hoping to still secure the deal that was impacted by this error in the system. My customer number is [redacted]22.

I recently purchased a washing machine from Saturn. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the product was found to be damaged with scratches and faulty buttons. The delivery team took the machine back due to the issues. It has been four days since then, and the damaged product has not been returned to the warehouse. I am eagerly awaiting either a replacement washing machine or an update via email. The order number for reference is [redacted]41.
