I have encountered issues with your service. I reported missing the January/February issue on 2/24/18 and was promised a replacement, which I did not receive. Following up on 5/17/18 with Christine, I was assured my subscription would extend to cover the missing issue from September/October [redacted] to November/December [redacted]. However, the recent issue received still shows an expiration date of S/O19 instead of N/D2019. It seems the problem has not been addressed adequately. If the issue persists, I request my subscription be canceled promptly since I have only received 4 out of the 5 owed issues. I hope to receive your feedback on this matter. Thank you.
