I am (Steve Barrera) the Executor of one of your Satellite Warranty customer's (Robert Blanchette). He passed away on *-**-**. I closed his AT&T account on *-**-**. I need to know what i need to do to cancel his Direct TV Satellite Warranty. He had Auto Payment for his warranty, but his bank account is no longer in service. I have called the bank that sent me a letter of the returned payment. Let me know what i need to do with this issue.
