We have had terrible luck with our blu ray player. It constantly stops producing sound and gives us this popup box we can't get rid of . All our movies are legitimate commercial movies. We have no copies or pirated versions of any sort. This happens on movies that are new and old ones we have watched a dozen times with no problem. One new movie we had to watch * times in order watch the entire thing. I had even returned it for another copy thinking it was the DVD. We have gone online to figure this out but nothing works. This has irritated us beyond belief. This was the most expensive player we have had and the worst.
GetHuman-ljgng did not yet indicate what Sanyo should do to make this right.
