The issue in GetHuman-risakh's own words
So..I have been calling for ** days now about my warranty... Technical came out to fix..Could not..Sent in proof of payment by email * times..Called now rep is saying they can't accept my receipt because they can't see it..This is after I received a email saying that they got my proof of payment for the television and we can move forward ..Now the **th day of calling and the guy tells me he can't move forward.. WHAT!!! I have a email giving me the * to move forward cause my proof of payment was accepted...This is totally unprofessional and I feel I will contact my attorney to take this to small claims...Instead of just replacing my TV. ..you will pay court cost and whatever else ..I will never purchase a Santo again because of this.. Unacceptable!!!! Please tell me how to get my TV that I paid for..Or I will have my attorney contact you
