Get someone to help me with the fact that my TV volume has to be at *** to be heard. ... volume on my FW**D** TV suddenly needs to be at *** and it is still difficult to hear. Used to work fine at **. I had this issued before and called customer service was told to go to equalizer and set all at **, did that and it worked fine for awhile. I have checked all connections and everything is fine. I recently called customer service again and they were no help. The TV is only * months old.*NOTE: THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AS STATED!!!
The TV is * months old, should replace without question.
I want a new TV and I want to be able to get if before I have to send back my TV so that my father who is in a nursing home will not have to go without a TV for who knows how long. I also don't want it to cost me one red cent.....including paying to have it shipped which is totally ridiculous....what kind of warranty costs you money???
I didn't expect to have to jump through hoops to get a resolution to this problem.
Hooked it up with different cables, called the cable company to see if it could be the box, they checked on their end told me all was fine.
