I want the Santander records changed to reflect my new telephone number and address. I have a passbook and make withdrawals over the counter but cannot at present physically get to a branch. I have been told to use an online change of address form but your technology will not process the form unless I can give my old telephone number and previous address. I have a previous telephone number written down but my last address will depend on what address you have on your records and I have moved some ** or so times over the past ** years. I can give you a list of some of the addresses I have lived at. **I do not have a current passport and I have lost my driving licence and this is why I am told my address etc cannot be changed because of lack of adequate ID. It cannot be right that I can only operate my account now by having documents I do not have and which are not compulsory to have (unless travelling abroad or driving). Since the beginning of **** I have counted from my passbooks that I have made *** withdrawals going to a branch and signing a machine or paper slip each time. If you wish to ask any questions of my account etc please do so but I cannot come into a branch at least until mid June **** because of the covid situation and I need to be able to operate my account. My account is in my sole name of David Langford and is a passbook account *********LAN
