Hi, **I am writing on behalf of a service user I support who banks with Santander. She is not set up for online banking and does not have a direct debit set up to pay her rent fortnightly, therefore she is currently having to go to the bank each fortnight to pay her rent. As this lady has a health condition that makes her more vulnerable to becoming unwell with coronavirus, we are advising her against visiting the bank in person, so would like to set up online banking for her online, or to set up a direct debit to pay her rent. Can this be done either online or over the phone? **Due to confidentiality and data protection reasons I cannot include any personal information or bank details in an email.
