Yesterday I switched my Santander Current Account to another Bank.This morning When I tried to check my closing statement@ Santander i get following:*Due to a technical problem we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please call our technical Help our technical Help line on **** *** ****.*The number given is non operational & has been for some time.*I have always used online paperless banking with santander.*I demand & require acess to closing statement with Santander & acess to back statements for a reasonable period

I rang Customer Services on number given on this site. With a minimum of delay spoke to human being.I firmly but politely explained my problem.I have been promised that * years paper statements will be put in post& that the tel no I was given Will be corrected.I have taken note of operative's name & time of call & thanked the lady for her help.
