Management I neglect to paid my bill as agreed on, I have the money in my Bank of America Account, slip because i received a letter that my usage was very, very high i panic how could this happen living in my ** acres impossible i search for the problem and found that my water pipe to the well was broken linking for * days knowing i need to pay my bill through my bill pay B of A paying i press the wrong button and pay complete pass of ****.** this was about *:** PM with the rain storm coming down i couldn't get no reception i try for * times still nothing so i drove to a high elevation still no reception drove to the Border Patrol Station still no reception drove another * miles finally got to SDGE and was told a waiting period of ** minute because the lines are very busy, finally the agent answer. i asked ask him to stop payment that I mistake put the wrong figure the reception was not very good all i heard was he will cancel the payment. but i found out through my bank that it was not cancel so I got a hold supervisor she didn't understand the complete timely problem she stated that the only way to cancel is with my bank which i did that same day i send ***.** to SDGE and will send another ***.** on Monday Would be vary professional for SDGE communicate to there customer there problem the there system*thank you*David Herrera ***** La Posta Rd*Campo Ca *****
