For months, I have been attempting to cease the free 'redplum' paper delivery to my residence due to my dog's tendency to shred it, causing me extra cleanup. Despite having spoken to the delivery department six times and even to a Supervisor twice, the delivery continues. Despite the Supervisor's assurances that I would not need to follow up, the paper arrived again today. I have recorded all phone conversations if needed. I am looking for guidance on what steps I should take to stop this delivery before considering legal action for harassment and littering on private property. Most recently, I spoke with a Supervisor on Monday, yet the paper was delivered again today.

We did not receive our newspaper again today. I am unsure why the carrier continues to miss our delivery in Eagle Creek Floresville. Although we subscribed 2-3 weeks ago with the assurance this issue would be resolved, we still did not receive the paper on Sunday. Due to this, I had to spend $4.00 at the store to purchase a copy for the Super Bowl coverage. Today, Friday, the paper did not arrive as well. Perhaps we should consider subscribing to Dallas or Houston instead. It is frustrating to deal with this level of unreliable service or lack thereof. My phone number is [redacted].

Hello, my name is Valerie Hunter, and I am new to couponing. After spending the week watching YouTube videos to learn how to maximize deals (while being home sick from work), I decided to start today (Sunday). I went to CVS on Fredericksburg Rd early in the morning to buy my papers, hoping to find coupons, but to my disappointment, there were none. I spent $8 on two papers and came back empty-handed. As someone new to this, I'm unsure if there were supposed to be coupons today. I plan to subscribe to weekend home delivery next Friday, but I wanted to grab the papers from the store this weekend. My name is Beatrice Bazan, and I manage an apartment community located at [redacted] Cross Point, Boerne, Texas, [redacted]. Despite signing up for your service three times, I have yet to receive it. This time, it was supposed to go to apartment #[redacted], not to me. I clarified to the salesperson that I live in a house on the property without a unit number. I mentioned the apartment near the office as #[redacted], and they assured me it would be delivered to me. However, it did not arrive. Please cancel the service, refund my money, and ensure no further charges are made to my account. I will not be subscribing to your newspaper again. I need to cancel our subscription to the San Antonio Express News. I already sent an email to cancel it two weeks ago, but we are still receiving the paper. I find the paper too liberal in its views. Today, all the letters to the editor were against Trump, which doesn't seem fair and balanced. There are never any positive articles about the good things Trump is doing, only negative headlines. It feels like you are alienating a significant portion of your audience. Please, go ahead and cancel our subscription. Thank you. Lawrence M.

At the start of [redacted], we signed up for your newspaper subscription. Due to our absence at that time, we had to cancel the subscription. Upon our return, we made multiple attempts to restart it. Despite speaking with a supervisor who promised a callback, we never received one. Subsequent calls revealed no delivery available in our area. Surprisingly, we received a letter inviting us to subscribe again, so we did, hoping for delivery to commence. Despite follow-up calls and emails, we have yet to receive the paper. We recall receiving daily papers prior to June on our original subscription and notice our neighbors' papers delivered daily. I have a neighbor with two dogs that escape from a broken fence. I have called multiple times to report that my paper is being chewed up by the dogs on delivery days (Wed-Sun). Despite my requests, Express News continues to toss the paper outside my gate. This results in it being ruined by the dogs or taken by people passing by. I am disappointed by the lack of response from Express News and frustrated at having to deal with this weekly. I am still waiting for my Sunday paper which I never received. I want to continue my subscription but need the paper to be thrown over my fenced property. I hope this message reaches senior representatives for a resolution. Thank you, Raul T.

My granddaughter has been missing since last night after being placed in foster care by CPS. They were removed from our care due to a traumatic incident, and although they are in the process of coming back home, my granddaughter went missing. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my newspaper delivery to [redacted] Geronimo Dr., San Antonio, Texas [redacted]. There have been multiple occasions in the past three weeks where the paper was not delivered, including holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Despite consistent payment, reaching out to SA Express for assistance has proven challenging. When attempting to request a makeup delivery online, the process has not worked effectively, and the few papers that were delivered were often left on the street instead of in my specified location. I have been unable to speak with delivery supervisors or obtain contact details for the delivery person, which hinders problem resolution. This service issue needs prompt attention as I value reading the paper. While I understand occasional delivery challenges, I expect better customer support from Express/News. I hope for a personalized and efficient response rather than a generic email reply. Your timely intervention in addressing these recurrent problems is greatly appreciated.

I recently found trash on my porch wrapped in an Express-News paper bag. The content was clearly not a Sunday paper and seemed like an attempt to solicit subscriptions. Please advise your delivery staff to refrain from leaving unwanted newspapers on my property. I used to be a loyal subscriber until the paper's decline in quality and the unfortunate dismissal of Leo Garza led me to cancel. While I miss having a daily newspaper, the deteriorating standards and rising prices make it untenable. Except for major publications like The New York Times, daily newspapers may disappear without adapting to the changing market. Please ensure that my property is not used for such distribution in the future. I have been facing ongoing issues with the daily paper delivery service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times due to no delivery or late delivery after 10 am, the problem persists. Recently, the paper has even been thrown in my neighbor's yard. I reached out using the automated [redacted] number and selected option 5 for human contact. Although I made it clear I do not wish to cancel my subscription, the representative verified my account to no avail. The delivery service has not improved, and the charges are still deducted from my account. I wonder if I am the only one experiencing this difficulty in receiving my paper as expected. On Monday, I plan to contact SAExpNews via their general number and escalate the matter to the Circulation Manager. This situation is frustrating, especially as it is now 12:24 on June 18, [redacted]. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

I recently applied for a delivery position at the SA Express News, where I was trained by an experienced employee for two nights before starting on my own. The job involved driving a significant distance and the pay did not justify the time and gas expenses. After completing half the job, I decided to step down. Despite promises of compensation, I have not received my pay after over 5 weeks and the supervisor is unresponsive. I am in a difficult financial situation, unable to even afford gas for an upcoming job interview at Walmart. This lack of payment is causing significant stress on me and my family.

I did not receive my Express paper on Monday, May 1, and Tuesday, May 2, on these dates. I only got the May 2 paper on May 3 alongside the May 3 paper. This seems to be the regular occurrence. I receive the current day's paper with the previous day's that I missed. I have been informed that the paper is printed in Houston. Could the papers I miss be arriving late in San Antonio or only reaching me the next day? My monthly payment keeps increasing. You receive your payment, the deliverer earns, but I am left without a paper.
