Saturday I purchased a ** inch TV (QN*DQ*DTAF), wall mount and a Samsung sound system. I hung it on the wall turned on the TV and saw a message to go to the mobile app. then the screen went black and nothing I tried brought the TV screen to come up. Called Tech support and he went trough every thing and all that happened was a dark screen to a very faint blue screen switching back every * seconds. The tech then tried to find a technician to come to the house and he gave me a phone number ***-***-**** that doesn't work.**. Do you have a record of my call?**. What do I have to do to get my TV fixed? *Thank you Greg Hendrickson ***-***-****
