I'm trying to get help with an open case management problem. I'm ** years old and this is wearing me out. I need to know if your going to issue a refund for my faulty monitor or not so that I can go out and replace it. I have emailed case management using the email address supplied to me several times regarding did they receive the requested information I sent them or not. I get no response at all. I'm getting nowhere with agents. Is there a supervisor or advanced problem solver that can help me. I'm worn out with this issue. I need to settle this with a person who can get to the bottom of this issue so that I can move on to other things I can't tell you how upset I am over what I'm having to go through to resolve something that should be a simple uncomplicated fix. contact info.
