You people have the worse Customer Service I have ever encountered!!!! I have been with without my dispenser on my refrigerator since *******. My name is Joseph J Kendro and I live at ***** Kings Pond Drive, Providence Forge, VA ***** Ph ************. First of all it took forever to get a serviceman out here and now he told my wife he couldn't find the problem and has to order a whole new left hand main door with the dispenser on it. I am so pissed right now, I want a new refrigerator with a **** working dispenser and I want my warranty on this stupid thing extended due to your negligence. I also want the head of your Customer Service Unit to see what kind of so-called service you provide. I'm done waiting, do you understand??? This is pathetic Customer Service!!!!
