RE: Model:RF**JBEDBSR*AA Serial ***Y***AJ******N Purchased on: *********This unit is having difficulty maintaining a constant freezer temperature. We've contact Technical Support * times over a ** hour period. Local repair cannot seem to diagnose the problem. That being said, the bigger problem is that Samsung has apparently decided that this unit was "refurbished." It is correct that it was purchased at a Sears Outlet (which is unfortunately out of business) for $****.**. It had two small scratches on the door. It was only unpacked from the cardboard box. It had never been plugged in or unpacked from the original packaging in any other way. Certainly, it had never been used. It can hardly be considered "refurbished". For Samsung to deny all warranties for this product shows total disregard for the consumer and their product as well. The ISSUE is that Samsung is not standing by their product and warranty on a product that was NOT refurbished.

GetHuman5050511 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
