Hi. I have Samsung ** inch curved TV. Suddenly I noticed * small black dots on the right side of the screen which over the period of one month grew bigger n bigger. I talked to you CS in UAE but they said if it's out of warranty, they cannot do anything. *I feel disgusted and highly disappointed. I didn't pay such a heavy amount for this TV just for * and a half years. This is not a physical damage. It's a functional issue. The CS told me that it'll cost close to **** USD. if I'm interested, they can send a technician. *My point was that this issue must be very rare and Samsung should take the ownership and show more morals either by replacing this TV or at least repairing for free of charge. On the other side, if this issue is not rare and very common, then Samsung must discontinue TV production. I'm sure this doesn't happen with every screen. My issue is rare but the way Samsung customer service or customer support has dealt with me, it was highly disappointing. Please help me. I have always been a good ambassador of Samsung but this recent incident has given me a shock that how Samsung staff changes so quickly. When you go to Samsung to buy something, their attitude is totally different but when you go to them with some issue, they are totally different. Help needed.
