Hi, my name is Karl and I own a Samsung S*. I have religiously sworn by Apple devices for many years since the iphone *G, after being continuously let down by the battery and very long consideration I decided to move to Samsung. **Well.. I must say the disappointment in this "high tech" phone is phenomenal. This phone had everything you could possibly need except for one thing.. a stable network. I am a gamer and this phone made me throw my money on the table for it's awesome graphics and fast processor.**I have never known a phone to drop in and out of signal like this, I won't explain why I know the sim is perfect since this issue is on all S*'s. Samsung's technicians should use and test the phone in day to day use before releasing to millions of people, a simple issue like weak signal when apps are open is an error for newly established companies, no excuse Samsung. I am thoroughly disappointed I wasted my money and fell victim to this mess.**I'm now tied to a phone that has over **x more network issues than my ** year old Nokia.**Good day to you**Karl Farr
