Dear Sir*Madam,**I am writing from Turkey* Ankara.**I have an important issue with my tv which i was bought it at ****. As you can see only *-* years passed. Beside of this i have many products such as sound bars, plasma tv, and etc. Please note that i am always trusting the quality of the brand and for many years always prefer samsung..**Last week one technician come to my house just to adjust my new soundbar, and i asked about the issue about my **” LED, ( probably E series) he said that all the HDMI ports burned, and i cannot use this tv amymore!!! and out of quarantee!!!**That part is really expensive and he said that better to buy a new one instead of fixing the existing one.!! **Now my question is how can be happened in * years!!! I have one plasma (samsung) which i was bought in **** and nothing happened up to today. **I really prefer your brand as i told you above but now i think that i have to change!!!**I am not waiting an action from your side, just complaining!!!**Best Regards,**Cumhur Saracoglu
