While trying to get a billing problem resolved (I was billed twice but only received the produced once. *forged of empires add on product * in the last couple of hour I talked to one person on your support line that cause me to lose all my data and access to the game when I told him the screen warning told me this would happen, he told me nothing would be lost and I had to do it. When I told him I lost it he said done worry its ok! It NOT ITS GONE. From there I tried to get a living person to talk with I found it is impossible to do. Talk on chat with one tech and then the manager of the chat team and they continued to give me the run around. I have never had so much problem talk to CS rep. Before plus I lost value because one of the reps had me wipe out all my game data including my password and username which I can't recall. So now all the extras I bought in the passed a worthless. I need someone to call me from management to resolve these issues. My name is Paul Roemer my phone number is **********
