Get my money back ... I returned an order in early July and XPO and Samsung have some problem finding them. I haven’t gotten my money back which I feel I’d being held ransom because of the fools at XPO shipping. I would like my some $**** back. I’m tired of waiting escalated calls do nothing, I’ve heard it for months. It’s nearly October. That is a large sum of money for me. I have overdue bills I need to pay. Does Samsung feel like they should pay the months missed and all my late charges because of this? I certainly do. Where’s my money and some compensation for holding it for something I’m not responsible for.*Order i***r***ti*Return my money Samsung. And do something for me because you’ve held my money from me for months.
I’m poor and it’s a king’s fortune to me. I’ve missed credit card payments and couldn’t do home improvements because of this.
I want my money due and something for making me wait months.
Calling and calling and calling again to be told that it was escalated * times with no result. I was told it involves an issue between XPO shipping and Samsung. I have nothing to do with that problem.
