File a claim to insurance ... Hi,**I've been using Samsung products, particularly the Note series for well over * years which is why I'm upset at Samsung for disconnecting my insurance plan. When I preordered my Note * I got the care plan through the website as well. The insurance was being taken off the same card for almost * months. One month I requested a repair and claim on my phone screen, it couldn't be processed due to an issue in Samsung's system. All because the phone number on file was entered in incorrectly. Fast forward a few months, the issue was fixed but then I go to make a claim because the last one couldn't be finished, they tell me my insurance was cancelled. How? They couldn't tell me what card was on file, why it was cancelled, nothing! *The card on file was charged every month without fail. No one tried to call me before it cancelled. The email on file for my Samsung account I don't really use. Then they tell me they cannot add the service back once cancelled. Now the note ** is to be released and MY SCREEN IS BROKE and I cannot trade it in for credit if the screen is broke! That's not fair. I feel it was cancelled due to Samsung not wanting to pay for it.
I would like my insurance reactivated and a new screen
