My name is Pam Baldwin. I am livid! In May, I called for service on my refrigerator. The model * is RF****HARS*XAA. I was given a ticket number and another number to call (and may I also say, I really did not enjoy the seemingly endless time that I was on hold every single time I called). To make an incredible long story short--the company scheduled with me FIVE times. The first time: two guys came out and couldn't fix it. The second time: A guy came and put in a part unrelated to my issue (which was that the ice maker and water maker were not working). The third time I waited around only to be told they couldn't come that day because they were stuck in traffic. The fourth time: Second guy came back. (Never answered any of my questions either time!) Had a different part with him. He made some phone calls. Finally said it was the wrong part--AGAIN. Fifth time: I was called and told the part was in. Made an appointment. Was called just a couple of hours before the appointment to tell me the part never actually came in, and that I should ask Samsung for an accommodation. Called Samsung. Woman on other end seemed to be trying to help by switching me to another service company--without telling me I would have to pay for yet another service call--even though I paid $*** already--for NOTHING!! So I did not schedule with them. I am so fed up with Samsung. We have numerous Samsung products in our home. If this situation is not resolved to my satisfaction--as in actually FIXING this issue, and not charging me any more--I have wasted numerous days of my life on this!!--I will make it my mission to let everyone know what a crappy company Samsung really is. I will contact my local tv station that does stories on consumer nightmares and happily share mine. I will share on social media, and I most certainly will join the class action lawsuit that I know exists due to the very issue I am having with this refrigerator. You need to make this right.
