I pre-ordered Samsung S** and received the phone, a $** credit and free ear buds as part of the promotion. The phone did not work properly and had to be returned. I had to order a new phone but the promotion was no longer available so was told by samsung customer service to keep the buds and he wold note my account. The refund for the first phone finally came * months later (this week) and I was charged for the era buds.
