I bought a Samsung s* phone in mid November ****. the phone was delivered damaged to me. I called the Samsung customer service to inform them about the issue. the lady on the call told me to buy another phone from the website and return the phone back. she generated the return label for me. I was asked to return all the free accessories (worth ***$) with the phone. After I returned the phone, it got rejected after ** days. I received the phone back with a slip attached to it saying that the return was rejected because the phone was damaged. the best part is that they accepted the return of all the free accessories with a total refund of *$.I called your e commerce team again. they asked me a bunch of questions and asked me to email them the pic of the damaged phone and the slip that was attached to it. the e commerce team again generated a shipping label for me. I returned the phone again on **th december. I called your service team back again and to ask them about the refund. the agent told me that I will get the refund in a few days. however, the phone was again rejected by the warehouse on *th January ****. Since then I never received my phone back. I called you again and they generated the third ticket for me. I was told that I will not get refund nor the phone because it is now Samsung's property. after some argument with the best team in the world they pushed my ticket to the upper management (which I believe is you). Since January **** there is no response from your side and I am still waiting for the refund. **the phone is lost and the warehouse is not replying to the UPPER management for the last * months. In the meantime, when ever I call you I get a response that they are not allowed to provide me any update on this case and they are still tracking down the phone.**please let me know what should I do now ? I have already paid for * phones and made calls to you at least worth ****$.
