Hello,*I want to report a breach of the maufacturer’d warranty provided by Samsung on the purchase of their brand new washer. Please refer to the ticket * ********** for the action that I will take below.*I purchased a brand new Sansung washer in December ****. The machine stopped working in January. Even since that day we have had two PC Richards technicians and three Samsung technicians show up at our house at separate occasions on weekdays between the hours of * am - * pm. They have changed several parts these include the CPU board, display unit, door sensor, all wires and other parts. The machine has not been repaired and after more than a month of no washer, the samsung technician gave up saying that the machine is irreparable. Samsung customer service had assured me that in this scenario, they would compensate me for a new machine. *However, when I called yesterday, they told me that they cannot give a new machine as the machine was not installed properly and I have to work with PC Richards. The machine was installed properly and was working after installation. Installation of a washer is not exactly rocket science and it is pretty much plug and play. If this was indeed an installation issue, the technicians should not have touched the machine and let me know right away that this was not covered under warranty. However, this was never discussed or even mentioned as the technicians spent hours ordering and replacing parts that they presumed were the problem, At this time, I know that I have been DUPED and lied to. I am not the kind of person that you can mess with. i have had a lot of patience with Samsung and have put up with a lot of nonsense that the company has been telling me. I am now ready to respond.**Here is what I am going to do,**. I am suing Samsung for breach of manufacturers agreement, false claims of installation issues and loss of my time and money spent in awaiting the arrival of technicians and laundry at an external laundromat**. I have and will defame Samsung on all major social media sites. These include posting on Linkedin, FaceBooK and other sites**. i have and will continue to complain to the Better Business Bureau of investigation, Customer review, customer complaints and Amazon customer review.**. I will post my complaints at the entrance of all major Samsung showrooms in and around the new York-CT border.**. I will discuss issues I have been having with customers at the showrooms deterring then from purchasing Samsung appliances.**I will be claiming reimbursement for** Purchase of machine and * year warranty ($*,***).**. Five days paid time off spent waiting for technician arrival at the rate of $***hour ($*,***)**.
