Dear SIr*Madam,**I Mr.Pratik Shravan Dhole Bought the prestigious Samsung Galaxy Note * and shifted to the android world from the Flagship Apple iPhone on **-**-****. I Ordered my Device from Flipkart. I am using Samsung products since a long time in my family and Expect a good quality products.**I used my Galaxy Note * for * Months and a week. During which I used the S-pen for ** to ** times for very short time of under a minute mostly. During the First week of fourth month when I Removed my S-pen it broke from the Top Cap. You can check the Damage in the following images.**This happened without any force or any physical damage. I searched online and there were a number of similar cases. hence called Samsung Helpine Number and they suggested to go and visit the Samsung Service Center.**On *th February **** I visited the Samsung Service Center in Virar (Pin Code: ******).*They were not accepting the S-Pen Damage as the Manufacturing Defect and Denied the Replacement under warranty. I have seen many cases like this being replaced such as on the following link.( https:***watch?v**FIgnN**SXU ) Exactly similar case and damage recorded on camera. It is a Manufacturing defect or may be Design.*On Requesting for the solution as it is should be replaced under warranty Samsung Service center representative uploaded pictures of the spen on their system and gave me the Reference Number ********** .They Also requested to call on Samsung Helpline number from the service center to request them for solution.**I called the Samsung Service Center and requested and mentioned that S-pen has beeen replaced in same cases across the world. Representative understood and check the images of the s-pen uploaded by the Service center and requested to email all the details for the replacement of the S-pen. Reference Number of this call is **********.**I only expect to get the replacement of the S-pen under warranty for all the hassel i had to go through for a Manufacturing * Design defect. Hence Request you to have a look into this and Replace the S-pen at earliest.**Thank You.**Regards,*Pratik S. Dhole
