Bought a ** inch curved UHD TV ** series MU**** on **********With a three year warranty still in effect . I called Samsung support and was told it has a crack on the screen they determined it was hit with something from the pictures I sent them. This tv does not have any scratches or damage to the exterior of the screen but inside of the panel. My claims were denied and I am still paying for this tv and the warranty. I had to trash the tv I am still paying for and Samsung will not exchange or repair the situation. I want a refund or I would take it up with my attorney.
GetHuman-taurus_i did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
