We bought a Samsung S* and got a free TV as part of the promotion. However the delivery service they use (Ontrac) could not find our address (ridiculous since we have the correct address, AND the address is easy to find). So Ontrac returned the TV to Samsung without contacting us first, and left us waiting for the package. On finding out we contacted Samsung, but they stated they need to received the return in order to Do the next step. * weeks passed and they still did not receive the return and we are not getting anywhere on getting this resolved even after many phone calls. We did not authorize the return, we did not even know it was returned. Why do we have to pay and be punished for delivery company’s mistakes? This is just Samsung’s indifference to customer!
GetHuman-wangyupe did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
