ive been trying to complete a purchase on the samsung website since the **days of deals promotion started. ive have had nonstop error messages and price miscalculations, everytime i contact support they give me this elementary solutions "clear cache and cookies" which never helps, "try a different web browser" never helps. ive called customer support many times, more times than i would have liked to. they are no help and very rude, you can tell they dont want to help they just want you to hang up and leave it alone but, this is the second time and, because i told the man that he wasnt helping me he sent me a email saying to "call e-commerce so they could place the order" for me but i called e-commerce and they said they cant do anything for me. so now im having to wait **hrs for a reply which is probably not going to help me at all because they keep sending me through the ringer!! and running me back and forth from e-commerce and order support!! this is beyond frustrating and it shouldnt be this hard to finance a phone!!!!!! and i could barely understand half the samsung reps because of their strong middle eastern accents which definitely didnt help my situation!. this process has been going on for *weeks now and is still on going!
