The issue in GetHuman-downskre's own words
We ordered * Samsung phones on Black Friday to get the Verizon $*** of and I have the invoices that clearly show the date of Nov **. (Order *'s DTF*RX** and DTF*Y**VL). The paperwork Samsung sent to Verizon has the wrong date and we are not getting the correct credits from Verizon. I have tried calling, chatting, and using the email form (which will not let me attach my PDF invoices), but I keep getting sent to the wrong department or cut off. I just need to speak to someone who can look at our account and help us get this fixed.
