I have a brand new TV which is * weeks old which I purchase from Best Buy but because the TV only has a ** days to return it and get your money back I have been dealing with Samsung every other day after being hospitalized for hours on time as long as two and three hours and no one wants to reimburse me for the television or to give me a different TV model the TV was purchased on the *th and it was delivered in my home on November **th and the television sound don't work in the apps does not work on the television I want a replacement.**W*****@***.com *Peaches Pitts **********
