My Note * has been blocked for over a week. After investigation it appears to have been reported as lost, even though it was not by me. Network providers are taking their turns in blocking my phone. After speaking to Samsung sales it appears the IEMI number on my box does not match the IEMI number on the phone settings. Sales will not send me a new receipt with the phone IEMI number on it but instead only send one with the box IEMI number. This is frustrating as without this my phone cannot be unblocked by the networks. The networks who have blocked my phone I am not even a customer with. It appears Samsung have packed the incorrect phone into the packing box. I can conclude that someone has been given the same treatment as they have quoted my phone IEMI number to network providers on the side of their box (that should have been mine) when they have lost their phone, hence my phone being unnecessarily blocked. I bought the phone from Samung UK in Sep ****. Samsung sales take a day to reply to my e-mails, shocking! I need Samsung to replace my phone as I currently can't use it and they don't seem to be helping me at all.
