Ver poor customer service. I have not even purchased product and had to call * times, one chat and neither time I was able to get answer. Last person I spoke to was Erin *YM**** she refused to provide extended warranty until I buy the product. I am only getting information before I buy. To make run around customers and not provide support creates uncertainty about future after buying several thousand dollars item than regret. There are other company who makes refrigerators and I don't have to buy Samsung with bad attitude from staffs. I am not going buy product from Samsung and than pay thousands or dollars to get extended warranty. * This call me problem and I am now going to look at other manufacturers.**VERY, VERY POOR AND LUCKY IT HAPPENED BEFORE I PURCHASED. **Sorry Samsung I can not buy Samsung refrigerator.
