charge or turn on the phone ... I had a Samsung s* which stopped charging or turning on. I liked the phone and figured it was a fluke so I replaced it with another s*. Within * days (the first time the battery ran out I had the same problem. I took it back and it was replaced. After I month the same thing happened to the new s*. as it was past the ** days they wouldn't replace it. My son had dropped the phone and there was a small crack at the back so I was told my warranty was void. I was told to go to the Samsung customer service store. Which I did and I was given a quote for *** dollars which I agreed to pay. I was told my phone would be ready that evening. I never heard anything and when searching up their office online it only gives you the Samsung toll free number, so I went back to the store. When I got there they informed me that they hadn't fixed my phone, and that it needed a motherboard. this would double the cost to *** dollars. When I asked why they never contacted me to get approval for this there was no clear explanation. Annoyed, I took the phone back but now the phone was completely shattered to the point that it was dangerous to hold... which they said was because they had opened it.*I called Samsung and after much argument they agreed to fix the phone. When it arrived back to me I turned it on and it was working. I placed it back in the box where it has since run out of battery. Upon charging it, to get it set up again I realise that the issue hasn't been fixed. The phone wont charge or turn on. there is no damage to it. it hasn't been used since I got it back .*I tried twice to contact the person at Samsung who approved the repair and he will not respond.
this is a business phone and I need it to be working I cant afford to be without it
The issue needs to be fixed. Maybe the phone needs to be replaced or repaired again.
I am a faithful Samsung user. I have switched all the phones on my business account to Samsung and over the years have purchased many Samsung phones.
I have tried every trick out there to turn it on. also, wireless and wired chargers and I only use Samsung chargers.
