Hello I'm writing this email in regards to my issue with the Samsung S** AKG headphone headset.*After a few months of use I started to experience some fatigue on the right side of the headset.*I contacted samsung support they ask me how could I tell the difference in performance? My wife and I purchased two of the S** so I compared my set to her set...easily detected a difference between the two.*I was told I would have to send the original AKG headphone for testing which would take up to * to * weeks in all for shipping and repair. We use our headsets for multiple daily conference Calls and waiting for * to * weeks would be a huge inconvenience of time lost due to shipping and repairs. Maybe we could work around this issue by shipping another headset prior to me shipping the original so that I would not have to be without some form of listening device. It would not necessarily need to be new in a box...mainly in working condition or refurbished therefore customer service wins and the customer is happy by not waiting or losing valuable time without the headset.
