I HAVE A FRONT LOADER WASHING MACHINE, MODEL WF**K****AW.THAT IS LEAKING WATER ONTO MY HARDWOOD FLOORS. I REPORTED IT TO ***-***-**** MONDAY OCTOBER **TH. TICKET NUMBER ********** AFTER TWO DAYS IT WAS FOUND THAT THERE ARE NO SERVICE TECHS FOR MY AREA. THE PURCHASE RECEIPT WAS E-MAILED TO YALL INDICATING ********** AS PURCHASE DATE----WITHIN THE * YEAR WARRANTY. SEVERAL PHONE CALLS LATER----BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE **-** HOURS FOR ANYTHING TO HAPPEN....TODAY IS NOV. *ND STILL NO WASHING MACHINE TO WASH OUR CLOTHES. A PHONE CALL I PLACED TODAY HAS POSTPHONED EVERY THING FOR ANOTHER *-* DAYS FOR EXCHANGE AND REFUND TO REPLY---THIS PUTS IT INTO NOV *TH OR *TH....* WEEKS NOW WILL PASS. I TOLD THE ONES I SPOKED TO A WFN****AW*US IS ** MILES FROM MY HOUSE THAT I COULD GO PICK UP AND BRING IT HOME TODAY..NOV *ND BUT NO...... I CANT DO THAT.WHICH MEANS EXCHANGE WILL ADVISE ME IT WILL MOST LIKELY TO TAKE ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE THE LOGISTICS CAN BE FIGURED OUT....WE WILL CALL YOU SO BARE WITH US WHILE WE HOLD YOU UP LONGER. THIS IS WRONG IN ANYONES EYE. I HAVE A VERY VERY BAD TASTE WITH SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE WARRANTIES, TO THE POINT IT SEEMS YALL DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS, HAVING A WASHING MACHINE TO WASH CLOTHES WITH.I SHOULD GO BUY A MAYTAG AND GET MY CLOTHES WASHED WITH A FACTORY WARRANTY. BUT YOU SEE I JUST DONT HAVE ***.** DOLLARS TO SAY HERE.SAMSUNG HAS BEEN UNFAITHFUL TO ITS CUSTOMER AND IT HAS MADE MY FAMILY SUFFER GREATLY. THANKS SAMSUNG
