hi, I ordered Samsung microwave (order number is UK******-********) and returned it via DPD parcel ie the route as mentioned for Samsung returns. The issue is that DPD cannot track the parcel and hence has not been returned to Samsung. I returned on *th Oct and to date have called DPD and Samsung more than ** times and still online while typing this. It has been quite frustrating and annoying as neither of groups are able to support and we are passed from one team to another. Calling Samsung is nightmare as you will be on call waiting for atleast **-**mins plus even if you are with a support person, they will keep you on hold again. The issue number from Samsung is *******. *Very disappointing experience with Samsung where support centre is not able to help or direct. After more than ** days I am being told by Samsung that we are investigating and will be able to refund only when investigation is done which could take *-* weeks as well.!! I am not sure why as a customer it is my fault that the parcel from DPD has not reached Samsung and I am been asked to track. We did exactly how it was mentioned to stick the sticker on the box and if there are issues I shouldnt be following up with so many times. The microwave is gpb *** which is not a small number (and well even if small shouldnt be the case). *Please can I get some help. I am happy to provide more details if contacted.
