Trying to get my * month old phone back or replaced. ... Phone was returned to Samsung ** days ago. Claim they don't have the part needed. Phone * months old, won't honor warranty. I paid for repair, no answer as to when it will be done. *Repair ticket ***********.
At this point Samsung has proven untrustworthy. My calls are transferred, after an hour and ten minutes, they are dropped. Promises made for call-backs never happen
Replace my phone immediately, with a new model and send it over-night to me
This is my *rd Samsung -- even convinced my husband and daughter to get Samsung phones. Looks like this is the end of the line due to the terrible service -- or non-service. They have my money and phone* I have nothing!!!!!!
I've called friends whose phone needed repair and when it would take more than * days, their company replaced their phones with a newer model. Their company was NOT Samsung !
