Ordered a QLed Q* ** inch TV …. received the order today and there was absolutely no screws to put the TV together. I have spent the better part of * hours on the phone with this person and that person going round and round in circles all for no one to be able to resolve my issue. This TV was $**** and I have no way to put it together because the missing screws are unique and not carried in the stores. Now I'm being told that in one to two days I "should" receive a promo code in which I can use to order the screws. I several problems *. This TV is $**** why is it even missing any parts *. Why must I spend * hours on the phone with several different people all to feel like my issue is no further along than when I started *. Why should it be my responsibility to scour the town to see if I can locate some type of similar screws *. Why should the time and energy I've spent today on the phone with Samsung after giving them my business and money ($****) be uncompensated *. Why do I now have to wait for some promo code to possibly come for me to do the leg work of hopefully trying to get these screws meanwhile here I am with no TV in my living room because I can't put this one together. I am requesting that someone from corporate contact me immediately not through email but by phone. Thomas Ruff *** *** ****
