I been over more then month with different stories every day I call about my refund for a Samsung TV that I bought a Q*FN (**** QLED) ** inch I did all the process and get verified by Samsung Certified technician. Got ask for a refund on a amount of *,***.** d*lar I say yes. Then ask me to send pictures with the label from the tv off and cut the cable I did everything. They summit and say wait * to * days someone will call you to get the info for your refund. After that has been almost * weeks with several versi*n everyday not gave me the final approval yet. The more frustrating about all this process is the diferrent story on every operator. It affect Samsung credibility. Anyways I need help I got here a damage tv with cut cable that cost $*,***.
