I give up. I don't even. Want to the product back. ... I am reaching out to this number in desperation for an issue I am having with a smartwatch Samsung gears classic* ticket number **********. The repair center has had my product for over a month and they still can't provide me with accurate information about it. I spoke with a supervisor last Friday, who assured me that he was repairing my watch and sending it the same day. Today I spoke with a customer care representative, she told me that they "just received" the part, contradicting what the technician told me Friday. It has been over a month, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated the way Samsung is handling my issue. I am not talking only about the delay but also the incompetence of customer care and repair center as a whole. I implore you (whoever other than the services before mentioned) to contact me.

How GetHuman1299104 fixed the problem
I was finally able to reach a case manager from Samsung who told me exactly the same than the resources center. My parts in old as they were for about a month. Of course that is without mentioning that a supervisor in the repair center told me that he had the parts on his hand and the repair would be done the same day. * days after they told me that the parts are not there yet and they cannot track then in any way. Case manager was of no help, he only offered to me to submit a request for expediting the repair. I informed him that the same form was requested about * times prior that. He finally hang up the phone with an apology but no solution. They have had my watch for over a month and they still cannot tell me how long more I will have to wait. I am disgusted with the way they have treated me as customer. By the way I had to pay ** dollars for the repair when in reality the product was already having issues before. I shave pictures to prove it. I will NEVER, under any circumstances, will purchase another product from Samsung and I will make sure to tell to everyone else my experience so they will not get anything from Samsung either.
