I bought * phones from Sprint in February. We used them approximately * weeks. Sprint's cell service and customer service was so bad that we switched back to our previous carrier. I have had the phones unlocked by Sprint after i paid for all of them. However the phones are useless as they keep indicating they are locked! Two of the phones never had a lock put on them. I was able to do a hard reset to factory on every phone and it appeared they were going to work. However when I turned them back on they are requiring a password again! I paid a lot of money for these phones and have two of them sold if i can get them to work. I would like to re coup some of the money I lost on them. I would also accept an exchange if you cant refund my money.
GetHuman1219043 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
