My recent customer service regarding my samsung s* has been beyond horrendous. You can reference ticket ********** for more clarity and your series of both comical and incompetent emails. This is the *rd expensive samsung device (s* watch, galaxy s*, and now a galaxy s*) I have purchased that has failed, despite excellent care, immediately beyond its warranty period. Your customer service for all of these devices has been abysmal and your offer of $***.** to repair a phone that costs approximately $*** brand was so stupid that I cannot adequately express both the level of insult and aggravation that this has caused me. I have spent thousands of dollars over many years buying samsung devices, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau shortly detailing both the inferior workmanship of products that fail immediately following their warranty period and the extraordinary waste of time, money, and effort that your "customer service" has put me through. I will NEVER buy another samsung product and I will disrecommend samsung to all of my friends, family, coworkers, and anyone that asks my advice. Given your recent debacle with the exploding batteries, I would think you would do more to hold on to customers or would place a higher premium on customer loyalty than you do, but I have been severely disappointed. -Jason
