Hi my name is Marvin Orsborn. I have a Samsung **" *K smart tv and the repair people came out and changed some circuit boards and cables and determined that the panel is bad. The part is back ordered and there is no date for availability of the part. A lady Alice, from the exchange department called on *-**-** and offered an exchange tv. She asked me to call back and I did after receiving the voice mail on my phone. I called back and the Tech Dept. could not contact her and said that she would call back within ** hours. I have tried to contact her but they keep putting me off and now they say she won't be available for ** days. I am getting the run around from Samsung a communication company? The ticket * is **********. I gave them my email address also and I have not received a call or an email.
