I bought a **” tv in good faith and the tv has been cutting on and off for the past three months and still under warranty.Ive done everything possible they asked me to do to correct the problem.Samsung has sent out * different tech and problem still exists.So the next thing they told me they would replace the tv by bringing one out to my house and swap.Now there telling me they would send me a return slip via email and to find a box and ship it to them and then they would bring the new one.This I think is very unfair for me to loose watching tv while this process happens.I have been very frustrated with this whole ordeal.I would like for them to bring me a tv to my house and swap.My name is Eric Smith very frustrated customer.
