Order * DOXLOI*C**Shipping and Billing address:**** Kellogg*Luling, LA *******We ordered a TV from Samsung.com a few days (maybe a week) later we recieved an email that told me to set up a delivery date. We followed instructions and the delivery was set for Friday September *th after *pm. My husband left work early, losing hundreds of dollars, yet the delivery never arrived and there were no phone calls, emails or texts to tell us that the tv could not be delivered. We conntacted customer support who told us that we would need to call the shipping company and set up a new time. Now we are really angry so we sent an email expalining what had happened only to get an email back that just said the tv was sent out for delivery - that's it! Now we're livid.We reverted back to our childhood wanting to say "no-duh". Did the person read our email? We scheduled a date to have it delivered of course it was sent. Anyway maybe Samsung is having a problem with thier delivery company but that is not our problem. Our business is with Samsung, not the delivery company. It is ultimately Samsung's responsibility to deal with that and to have the TV delivered when promised - then your company can deal with your delivery company how you see fit. So now We are out hundreds of dollars and dealing with a company that's response to our problem is pathetic to say the least. If you would like to keep us as customers (btw - up until now we had nothing bad to say about Samsung and we own quite a few Samsung products and have stuck with the brand for many years) then how we want it resolved is to have at least **% taken off our order or maybe a soundbar worth $*** to make up for pay lost at work and then have a fast delivery day and time where the promised item(s) are actually delivered. This is our last email - if you feel our solution is unreasonable please cancel the order and we will go and purchase our first LG and let family and friends know why we switched. From what we've been reading the OLED picture quality is better then your QLED (we really hadn't looked at reviews before the purchase since it was assumed we would buy a Samsung at that point). Please let us know your decision soon. Our patience is wearing thin and we are tired of watching the smaller TV while your company does nothing.**Sincerely, *John & Lynda McGraw
