I have a * year warranty extension service plan that I bought with my **" tv through samsung.com. Thus far I have had to call *-***-samsung more than ** times (sometimes just being hung up on or disconnected). They have already created * separate ticket numbers and closed * of them. They keep sending my info to Tammy TV as a service center despite the fact that I have already explained at least * times or more that Tammy TV says that they are not an assurance authorized party and cannot help me (telling me to cal samsung back). and the circle keeps continuing endlessly. my service plan says it covers from ********-********
GetHuman1043294 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
