My refrigerator died yesterday. I woke up to a sopping wet floor and most of my freezer stuff melted. I tried the basic troubleshooting and waited several hours. It hasn’t cooled back down. I called for service and I was told it’s out of warrantee. It is not, but to verify that will take * days. Why does it take two days for someone to read my receipt that I sent in via email? This is ridiculous. Add to that that they are refusing to setup a repair order until my warrantee is verified. and that will take another two days at least because there is no one in my area apparently. So now I’m looking at being without a refrigerator for at least * days. I have small kids. How exactly am I supposed to manage without a refrigerator for a week? I told them just to setup the repair and I would pay for it then they could reimburse me once they had verified this. They refused. Then after leaving my on hold several times for several minutes each time they hung up on me after I told them to ******* fix it. **Is this how you guys do business? Sell sub par products and then **** people around rather than honor your warrantees? **This is the worst service I have ever had and unfortunately I have had to deal with Google so that is saying a lot. You guys need to clean up your service department. I would appreciate a follow-up.
