Our Samsung Tab A melted when it was charging at the juncture of the plug to the device. It was sent in and we were told twice that it would be replaced. We were told to expect a call to select a replacement version, and never received one. We called back a third time to be told it wouldn't be replaced as it was out of warranty. Fourth time we called back and discussed the confusion and warranty issue and they said it would be replaced, but that we needed to call back during the hours that Case Management was open. We did, only to be told this time that they weren't replacing it. This is a customer service fiasco. The ticket was originally opened as *********** on ****** and evolved into ***********.
