I called about a recurring problem with my tv - the screen is showing bright spots and the screen was already replaced once. Customer service rep told me it was no longer under warranty and I would have to pay to repair it. I asked to speak to their supervisor to discuss what I felt was a potentially defective unit. Prosper was very dismissive and frankly very rude. I asked him how long a Samsung tv should work and his response was they don’t have any information on that, but his tone was very insulting and dismissive. He interrupted me and repeated warranty details and showed no interest in discussing my concerns about the tv. I’ve been a good Samsung customer for years and have always had good experiences anytime there were issues with your products. This experience was the first time I felt like Samsung mistreated me.
